If any of our products prove to be unsatisfactory, we will provide an alternate product that meets your companies needs or provide you with a credit.

We are always available, it is important that we stay in touch. This will give you an opportunity to voice any concerns that you might have with the products. Of course if you are having a problem with the product or a machine, we want to know about it. We’d like to make sure that the equipment is being given a chance to operate properly. In some cases it’s just a matter of making an adjustment, which is part of our service.
